All Sales Final (Food / Consumable Product)

Because Bluhr Kava Mix is a consumable product, all sales are final once the product has been shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Refunds (If Approved)

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement shipment
  • Store credit
  • A refund to the original payment method

Refunds, if issued, typically process within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
